My A6 is out of warranty in two months and I’m seriously considering moving away from the dealer for servicing. The prices have gotten ridiculous and I feel like I’m paying for the coffee and showroom more than the actual work. That said, I’m nervous about losing the dealer history and whether that affects resale. A friend told me to Visit Al Zaabi Auto Care and see what they offer before making a decision. I haven’t gone yet but I’m curious what questions I should be asking when I do. Like do they stamp the service book, do they use genuine parts, can they handle software updates and things that usually need dealer equipment? Anyone here made the switch and regretted it or was it the best decision?
