Inspection caught accident damage the seller swore didn’t exist

Wanted to share this because I nearly bought a car last month that looked absolutely flawless, full service history, clean interior, seller was a really nice guy who kept insisting it had never been in an accident. I insisted on getting it checked anyway and the inspector found signs of a repaired front end, mismatched paint on the bonnet and a chassis rail that had clearly been straightened. The seller went quiet when I sent him the photos, which told me everything I needed to know. I’d been looking for a Trusted pre purchase car inspection in Dubai for a couple of weeks before this and had almost given up on the idea because it felt like extra hassle, but that report saved me from a very expensive mistake. My advice to anyone on the fence is just do it, even on cars that look perfect, because the ones that look perfect are apparently the ones to be most suspicious of. Has anyone else had an inspector find something the seller flat out denied?
