I live near the beach and between the kids and my own habits, my Q7 carpet is basically a sandpit at this point. I’ve done the vacuum thing myself multiple times but there’s always more grit coming up. Took it to one of those quick wash spots and they just vacuumed the surface and called it done. A friend at work told me to check out http://www.exoticcarcare.ae since they do deep interior work including extracting sand from carpets and seats properly. I don’t want to pay for another half job. Has anyone had a proper deep clean done and did they actually get the sand out? Also how long does the interior stay fresh before it starts smelling like damp again? That’s my other issue, especially after beach trips.
